The person you’ll be speaking with

Ishaani Suresh is a mental health advocate and counsellor who believes that everyone deserves a space where they feel emotionally safe, heard, and understood.

Over the past couple of years, she has supported individuals through counselling, mentoring, and mental wellness programs—walking alongside them as they navigate stress, relationships, emotional overwhelm, and life’s quieter struggles. Her approach is gentle, empathetic, and person-centred, focusing not on “fixing,” but on helping individuals make sense of what they’re feeling, at their own pace.

With a background in neuropsychology, Ishaani brings an understanding of how the brain and behaviour are connected. She places strong emphasis on psychoeducation—helping people understand why they feel the way they do, so they can move forward with greater clarity and self-awareness.

Beyond one-on-one sessions, she designs and facilitates workshops and awareness programs that make mental health feel more approachable and less overwhelming. Through both in-person and digital spaces, she aims to create environments where people feel supported, seen, and not alone.

At the heart of her work is a simple intention:
to offer a space where people can pause, reflect, and feel safe to be themselves—knowing that support is always within reach, just one arm away.
